Just used this for locating a fly-by of Skylab. Seems terrific, thanks.

Very easy and simple App; turn on and presto you have your bearings!

This app works fine. Im very happy I found it and recommend it to others looking for a simple compass yet fast.

Downloaded it on the beach in Prince Edward Island to solve a compass debate.

Now I can figure out which way true north is when I go hiking!!!

My iPad is a wifi only and has no GPS in it . The compass seems to be reasonably accurate as long as I am not near magnetic objects like car or stove. Nice looking display.

Some bad moments

Out by at least 10deg. No way to calibrate it. Cant find any in app purchase to get rid of annoying commercials. I dont know about all the 5star people but Im not one of them. Now when I downloaded this app it was free so Ill see if I get charged without my knowledge and report back.

Stop forcing people to "always use GPS" when the app is in the background, it kills battery, and seems like you are only interested in tracking us. Add the option of GPS "while using". Until then 1 star.

The compass gives the proper latitude reading but the longitude reading in the western hemisphere gives the reading as East rather than West

This app has everything you need in a compass. With True and Magnetjc North both displayed theres no need to adjust for local declination, and theres even a flashlight (iPhone 4 & 5) for low light situations. Very handy app!

If only there were a paid version of this for like $0.99 that would remove the ads, I would buy this in a cold second and rate five stars. The functionality of this is very smooth, I love the view of magnetic north AND true north on the same screen. Please remove the ads and offer a paid version! Despite the ads, it has to say something that I will still rate this four stars!
